Established in 2000, we started out as a Tile Contractor and graduated to a General Contractor in order to better control timelines and quality of the Build. The mission of WineCountry Construction Services is to provide extremely high-quality and timely customer-driven projects at an affordable price.

Remodeling
We understand that the kitchen and the Bathroom are probably the most important spaces in ones home. Having served the Bay Area for over 30 years, we have developed good relationships with multiple vendors and Subcontractors. It’s these relationships that allow us to be incredible cost effective on your project. Just about all the phases of building out either phase is done in-house. Because we limit the use of outside sub-contractors, we can better control costs, timelines and quality. This also minimizes confusion and delays due to miscommunicated information.

For the past 10 years we have been breaking ground on new homes throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Because we have extensive time spent and experience in the trades, we have assembled an extensive list of sub-contractors who have been personally vetted and chosen for their ability to both get the job done at the highest quality level and remain on time and within budget.
Spearhead Your Own Project
Project Management
For those customers who are looking to spearhead their own projects, we offer project management services. This service allows customers to choose their own subcontractors. We act and manage the project on the ground at the direction of the homeowner.
Safety Renovations for
Handicap Access
With the strategic addition of hand rails in hallways, they can assist our seniors in navigating through their homes. Handicap accessible showers are probably the single most important renovations that can and should be done to keep our seniors safe. We specialize in removing tubs which are often too high for seniors to step into, we replace those tubs with shower pans which have a low curb and allow easy access, and we add blocking in all walls to allow for shower grab bars and shower seats. High toilets also greatly aid our seniors as they are easier to exit. We also build exterior ramps, install chair lifts and widen entrances to doorways. Should you be serious on financial aid or have limited funds, we at WineCountry Construction offer discounts to our aging community.
